Notice from the Municipal Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau on Publishing the Dynamic Verification Results of Pre mixed Concrete Production Enterprises in the Second Half of 2024
Each county-level city (district) housing and construction bureau (committee), Suzhou Industrial Park Planning and Construction Committee, Zhangjiagang Free Trade Zone Planning and Construction Bureau, and relevant units:
According to the Notice on Organizing the Dynamic Verification of Pre mixed Concrete Production Enterprises in the Second Half of 2024 (Su Jianhan Zhi [2024] No. 334), the results of the dynamic verification of pre mixed concrete production enterprises in the second half of 2024 have been finally formed after on-site verification by the Suzhou Housing and Construction Bureau and the housing and construction departments of various county-level cities (districts), as well as review, verification, and confirmation by the management department. They are now announced.
Pre mixed concrete production enterprises ranked in the bottom 10 of the dynamic verification results will be given a yellow card warning, and enterprises that have received yellow card warnings twice in a row will be given a red card warning. Within six months from the date of announcement of the verification results, if the construction general contracting enterprise uses a red card warning to provide pre mixed concrete to the pre mixed concrete production enterprise, the semi annual credit score of the construction general contracting enterprise will be deducted by 0.3 points.
